We thank you so much for your custom. If you have your hair done here you do so by agreeing to our salon policy. If the unfortunate event happens that you are unsatisfied with your hair, you agree to let the stylist rectify the issue before a refund can be considered.
If there are regular no shows to your appointments, a deposit may be asked from you before making your next appointment.
Patch test required 48 hours prior to any colour services if you’re a new client or haven’t had a colour with us for 6 months.
